🖊️ PROCESSING TIME
I aim to send out all orders as quickly as possible but during busy times things can take a little longer. I am a small business based in my home and during school holidays or family illness things can slow down somewhat. I will always let you know if your order is not going to be dispatched by the due date.

I am based in the UK. I post all orders using Royal Mail. If you are an international customer, please note that your order can take at least two weeks to reach you. Please be patient but if your order hasn’t reached you within 28 days please let me know so that I can arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

If you would like a tracking number for your order, please ensure you upgrade to a tracked option. For international orders, I offer tracking as standard.
🖊️ PACKAGING
I try to be as eco-friendly as possible and so use minimal packaging. All my cardboard boxes are reusable and recyclable. I use eco-mailing bags which have been recycled and can be recycled again. I tried using all paper-based packaging but had problems with items becoming wet hence the change. I use plastic packaging for ink cartridges and refills to avoid them leaking and causing damage to other items in your package. Many of the pens come in a plastic sleeve. These prevent the pens from becoming scratched in transit.
